RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once the purchase is shipped to you, we do not accept any returns and we do not accept any requests for refunds unless the product was originally defective upon receipt. This policy is only effective for 7 days from the date in which you received the purchase. If 7 days have gone by since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Within 7 days of receiving the purchase, you must reach out to mykukbo@gmail.com in order to start the return process with the following email: 

Email Title: "Refund Request" 

Email Must Include: 

1. Order number 
2. Name, email, shipping address, and last 4 digits of the credit card use for the purchase 
3. Reason for refund request / pictures to provide proof of defect 

 The Kubo team will review your request and provide a return label if your return/refund request is accepted by our team. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

반품&환불정책

제품을 주문후 발송이 이루어진 후에는 환불하지 않습니다. 

다음과 같은 상황에서는 환불이나 신용을 제공할 의무가 없습니다.

– 아이템에 대한 생각을 바꾸는 경우

– 실수로 물건을 구매한 경우

다만 환불은 원래 불량품이었던 경우에만 가능합니다. 

또한 구매한 날로부터 7일이 지났다면, 환불이나 교환을 해줄 수 없습니다.

환불을 위해서는, 제품은 사용되지 않아야하며 구매할때와 같은 조건이어야 합니다. 또한 원래의 포장에 있어야 합니다.

환불을 위해서는 영수증이나 구매 증명서가 필요합니다.

구매한 제품은 제조업체에 다시 보내지 마십시오.

늦은 환불 또는 누락(해당되는 경우)

환불을 받지 못하셨다면 먼저 은행어카운트를 다시 확인해 보십시오.

그리고 카드사에 연락하십시오. 환불이 공식적으로 게시되기까지는 시간이 걸릴 수도 있다

그 다음 은행으로 연락하십시오. 환불이 게시되기까지는 종종 처리 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
